The hypnotherapist guides you to positive changes while in a relaxed state of heightened suggestibility and accesses your subconscious mind where behaviors are programmed. This part of your mind influences what you think, how you feel, and the choices you make. Hypnotherapy helps you attain your goals and brings healing quickly. The power is in the mind of the person being hypnotized.

We create a new plan for living that provides the groundwork for happiness, health and success.


4.  Reprogramming

Positive suggestions are given to the subconcious mind to replace the negative programming.


5.  Independence

Self hypnosis and Emotional Freedom Technique are taught to accelerate the process along with a recording of your session.


6.  Clearing

Regression is also available for those who want or need to dig deeper.
